What is the Gospel?
God, the Creator:
When God created the world, it was good. He had a perfect plan for all humanity. He made man and woman and put them in the Garden of Eden.
Man, the Sinner:
In the garden, man and woman were tempted and chose to sin against God and rebel against His perfect plan for their lives. With this sin came consequences, the removal of Adam and Eve from the garden. And from this choice, now all humanity would be born into sin.
Jesus Christ, the Savior:
Jesus, the Son of God, came to this earth as fully-God and fully-man. As God, He was born without sin and is the only one able to live a perfect life. His mission on this earth was to tell all those He knew that God, His Father, is real and that He was sent to this earth to be the Holy sacrifice. Jesus, died for our sins, and with Him death died, too. For Jesus, on the third day, rose from the grave! He took the punishment that we deserved and we can now have a relationship with God.
Our Response:
This salvation is a gift, one that we get to choose to accept or deny. God is Holy and cannot be near our sin, but He created a path, a bridge, a way for us to live for eternity with Him. To choose this eternal life, we must repent of our sin and by faith believe that Jesus died for our sins, rose again, and now wants to have a relationship with you!

Romans 3:19 “The entire world is guilty before God”

Revelation 21:3-4 “God’s home is now among His people! He will live with them, and they will be His people. God Himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”
God is inviting you to be part of His story. Our part is only to respond to His invitation with faith.
Romans 10:9-11 “If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved…“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Here is how you can respond right now:
Admit your need to God.
Ask Him to forgive you.
Trust in Jesus alone to rescue you from your sin and punishment.
Follow Jesus Christ in faith as the King of your life from this day forward.
