Volunteering with Team Grove

Here at The Grove, one of our core values is Teamwork. Nothing at this church happens without our incredible team of volunteers who work to make every service happen.

As we introduce a new Sunday service, we are asking for your help in making sure all of our ministries have the volunteers they need to reach people with the Good News of Jesus! Will you partner with us in our vision to see people Changed by God to Reach All People?

Below are the ministries that will need volunteers as we add a new service. The first step is to fill out the Volunteer Application, which you can do by clicking here. The second step is to get live scanned, a requirement for all who volunteer at The Grove. If you have already gone through the volunteer process but are interested in serving in an additional ministry, please fill out this form. Once you complete these steps, one of our ministry leads will reach out with more information!

Thank you for your willingness to answer this call to serve! We are better together!

Early Childhood

Our programming is for Infants through Kindergarten. It is designed so each child is cared for and instructed in an age-appropriate classroom environment. Each child will be a part of the exciting adventure of discovering Jesus through songs, Bible stories and verses, learning activities, and prayer.

Elementary

The Grove KIDS exists to partner with parents in cultivating the spiritual growth with their children. Our desire is to make the children’s time with us the most exciting part of their week. The staff and volunteers have a passion for leading our 1st – 4th Graders at The Grove to Christ in a safe, fun, and interactive environment.

Preteen

Our Preteen Ministry, The Bridge, is for 5th and 6th graders to come and learn about Jesus at a level perfect for their stage of life. We desire for our students to be challenged in making their faith their own and learn more about the word of God. Preteens can come to one of our services or events knowing that they will hear the Gospel preached and have quality conversations and experiences with leaders and friends.

Jr. High

The Refuge exists to encourage Junior High students to take their faith to the next step. We do this through a welcoming community of leaders who encourage them in their relationship with the Lord and invest in their lives on a weekly basis. We offer services, small groups, fun games, special events, and trips that promote community-building relationships and spiritual growth.

Inclusion

The Inclusion Ministry, known as Allies, supports people with disabilities so they are able to be included in their age-appropriate ministry/service.

In addition to our weekend and midweek services, anytime there is an event on campus, we will support someone with disabilities so they can participate.

The Hub

The Hub and Events Ministry is looking for smiling faces to serve alongside us both in the Hub cafe, 1-2 times per month, or within our catering ministry for events. If you love a fast paced environment, meeting new people, and have a heart to serve our community, this is the place for you. We realize everyone has busy lives, which is why we need people for just one to two days per month to share their passion for people with us.

Hospitality

The heart of our Hospitality Ministry is to offer a warm and welcoming experience to all who enter our campus. We want each of our visitors to know that all people matter to God, so all people matter to us. There are several ways you can get involved with this team - greeting with our Connect Team (weekly or monthly), Ushers, or Prayer Partners.

Parking Team

As the first point of contact for those coming onto campus, the Parking Team wants to have a welcoming and helpful presence.
