I began attending the Grove as a young boy. Back then it was called Victoria Community Church. I accepted Christ in Room 10 of that building on Victoria Avenue with one of the leaders of the children’s ministry. As I grew at The Grove, my heart became more and more aligned with the mission to reach all people. The Grove’s commitment to outreach both here and around the world is something I have always been grateful for and I’m glad to be a part of such an outreach focused community.

I used to have an irrational fear of squirrels. But over the pandemic lockdown, I befriended one in my backyard. Rusty has become my ambassador to my neighborhood squirrels.

I pray that God continues to work through The Grove to expand His kingdom and bring glory to His name. That we would be faithful to do so and that we will continue to put on display all that God is doing both here and around the world.
