As Christians, we are called to live in the world but not be of it. We need to think about and discuss how the Church should navigate through, engage with, or disengage from such a culture. In this class, we will examine various current cultural issues and how the Church should respond to them. Join us for this 7-week class on Sundays at 9 AM in Room D-1 beginning September 10.

What does it mean to say that Jesus was fully human? Why is it important to recognize His full humanity as well as His full divinity? Lay Minister Prof. Troy Hinrichs is using St. Athanasius' short book, "On the Incarnation," to work through the importance of trusting the complete divinity and humanity of Christ. If you like, you can pre-pay a donation of $5 with your registration for the book (books distributed on the first day of class). This 8-week course will introduce the early controversy of Jesus' humanity and continue looking at how Christ's humanity was necessary for our salvation and still is an essential part of our daily walk with Him. Come and be challenged by this class of Christian theology. Join us in Room D-2 on Sunday at 10:30 AM, January 16–March 13.
