God used my family to introduce me to Jesus.  Their faithful pursuit of God influenced me, and at a very young age, I knew I wanted to be part of God's family.  During a prayer before bed one night, I confessed my sinfulness and asked Jesus to be my Savior.  

Again, God used my family to teach me about His love for all people His desire for people from all over the world to hear the Good News of salvation and worship Him.  As I grew up my parents encouraged me to be involved in short-term mission trips in the US and Central America.  

In 2000 my husband, Darren, and I moved with our young children to live among the unreached and unengaged people of Southwest Asia. We loved living internationally and learning new languages in order to share the Good News with our neighbors and friends. We were privileged to serve in this capacity until 2018 when God moved us to Riverside — another new culture!

God brought us to The Grove in 2020. We are blessed to be part of The Grove Family and love being part of reaching the nations through The Grove's Outreach Team.

A fun fact: I love to play games and sing with my family whenever we are together.  

My prayer for The Grove is that we are faithful disciple makers within our neighborhoods and around the world. Wherever God gives us the opportunity to make Him known, let's do it!
